Would you like to learn Tai Chi?
Welcome, we organize a try-out lesson in English language, on Friday 20 Feb at 16.15 hrs.
You will meet our teachers and feel our way of teaching tai chi. It's a nice way to experience what training tai chi feels like. Tai chi is a soft and fluent way of moving, which facilitates relaxation and regenerates your body, heart-mind and spirit.

Friday afternoon 20 februari 16.15 - 17.30 (in English language).
Cost: € 9,50.
This will be reduced on the amount to be paid should you join the beginner course after the try-out lesson.
Beginner course
After the try-out lesson you can join the beginner course, which consists of 10 lessons (one per week). This course starts exactly one week after the try-out lesson, on 27 Feb at the same time (16.15 hrs). The beginner course will give you a good understanding of tai chi and how we learn in our school.
Cost: € 150,00. Participants of the try-out lesson pay only € 140,50.
After the beginnercourse we offer regular weekly classes in which you learn the complete yang style tai chi form and all qigong exercises in our curriculum.
At ITCCA we offer a clear curriculum to learn tai chi and deepen your understanding of chi (qi). Learning tai chi is a spiritual process, our step by step method will guide you through.
ITCCA is an European network of tai chi schools, lead by our tai chi Master Chu King-Hung. Joining in our classes allows you to also follow classes in other european countries and continue your learning there, if needed.
